Project Purpose: You agree that you are acquiring $DIGA to participate in Digard and to obtain services within its ecosystem. The Foundation, the Distributor, and their respective affiliates are contributing to the development of the underlying source code for Digard. The Foundation acts solely as an arms’ length third party in relation to the $DIGA distribution and not in the capacity of a financial advisor or fiduciary of any person.

Nature of the Token Documentation: The Token Documentation is a conceptual paper articulating the main design principles and ideas for the creation of a digital token known as $DIGA. The Token Documentation and the Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a prospectus, offer document, or solicitation for investment. The information provided may not be exhaustive, and no representation or warranty is made regarding its completeness or accuracy.

Validity of Token Documentation and Website: Nothing in the Token Documentation or the Website constitutes an offer by the Foundation, the Distributor, or the Digard Team to sell $DIGA. Any agreement for acquiring or holding $DIGA is subject to separate Terms and Conditions or Token Distribution Agreement. In the event of inconsistencies, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
